03/03/25 - Just read a previous review posted by a loon from the west coast and had to see for myself. Ordered the beef chimichonga platter and couldn't have been more impressed. Had to ask for a lid and bag to take home leftovers. Huge plate of food that rivals sit-down Mexican restaurants on price and size. Keep doing what you're doing Rock Springs Taco Time! You don't need advise from "Nikki" from the loony west coast!
