A: Your points balance and available rewards can be viewed by logging into your account . Please allow up to 24 hours for all points to process and appear on your account.

A: You can log into your account and update your profile at any time.
Q: How do I change my account password?
A: You can change your password any time by following these steps:
  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click “Edit Profile” on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select “My Account”.
  4. Enter their new password in the password field.
  5. Click “Save Changes“ at the bottom of the screen to complete the process.
Q: How do I close my account?

Q: I forgot my username and/or password, what now?
A: Your username is the email address or phone number used to sign up for the account. If you don’t remember the email address or phone number you used to sign up, you can contact Spendgo™ at www.spendgo.com/help-rewards If you forgot your password, go to the account login page and click “Forgot Password.”
Q: In order to earn points and redeem Rewards, do I need to opt-in to receive marketing emails?
A: No. At registration, you must provide your email address, but you may choose to opt-out of receiving marketing emails and still earn points and redeem rewards at participating locations. If you opt-out of receiving emails you will not receive notifications when a offer or reward is available or reminders when a reward is about to expire.
Q: What is the point structure of TacoTime Fresh Rewards?
A: You earn one point for every full dollar spent on the pre-tax and pre-tip transaction amount (i.e., $1.00 - $1.99 = 1 point).
Q: How do I earn points?
A: For in-store purchases, provide your phone number to a crew member before paying. For online orders, sign-in to your account before placing your order. Points are not earned for third-party delivery orders, the purchase of gift cards, or coupons, discounts, gratuity, taxes and other exclusions. Please allow up to 24 hours for all points to process and appear on your account.
Q: How can I use my points?
A: First, make sure you register your account. Once you accumulate 50 points, your points are converted into a $5 Reward to use on your next purchase of $5 or more.
Q: What purchases qualify for points?
A: Nearly all purchases qualify for points. Points are earned if you use a gift card as tender, but are not earned if you purchase a gift card. Points are not earned for third party delivery, gratuities, coupons, discounts, alcohol purchases or receipt adjustments.
Q: Is there a limit to how many points a member can accumulate?
A: There is no limit to how many rewards a member can earn, but only one $5 Reward can be redeemed per transaction. A $5 reward will generate each time 50 points are accumulated, and the member’s point balance will reduce by 50 points for each $5 reward earned. Each $5 reward expires 90 days from the date of issue.
Q: How are members notified when a reward has been earned?
A: If you have registered your account online, the cashier will ask at checkout if you would like to use your reward, until the reward is redeemed or expires. If you have opted into receiving emails, you will also receive an email letting you know a $5 reward was added to your account. If your account has NOT been registered online, you will not be notified of any earned rewards. You must fully register your account to unlock rewards and will not be able to redeem them until you register.
Q: Does the $5 reward cover the tax or gratuity?
A: No, the $5 reward does not cover tax or gratuity.
Q: If I have multiple $5 rewards, can I redeem more than one at the same time?
A: No, only one $5 Reward can be redeemed per transaction.

A: You must register your account to unlock rewards and redeem them in-store or online, on qualifying purchases (at participating locations). For in-store purchases, provide your phone number to a crew member before paying, and ask to redeem your reward. For online orders, sign-in to your account before placing your order and click “redeem reward” at checkout.
Q: Does my account need to be registered to unlock and redeem rewards?
A: Yes. You must register your account to unlock rewards. If your account is not registered, points will be earned and rewards will be generated, but you will be unable to redeem rewards until the account is registered. Keep in mind, once a reward is generated, it will expire in 90 days regardless of whether or not the account is registered.

A: $5 rewards expire 90 days from the date it is issued.

A: Yes, to redeem a $5 reward, a purchase minimum of $5 must be met.

A: Your birthday reward will be loaded to your rewards account 7 days prior to your birthday.
Q: How long do I have to redeem my birthday reward?
A: You have two weeks to redeem your birthday reward. Your birthday reward is valid 7 days prior to your birthday and expires 7 days after your birthday.
