TacoTime offers many rewarding job opportunities for the motivated individual. We offer first time job experience as a restaurant co-worker or shift supervisor, to long-term positions in team management. Joining the TacoTime team means becoming a part of the leader in quality Mexican food. Quality in everything we do are not just words; it's our philosophy of doing business and the number one reason why after more than 40 years TimeTime remains the taste-quality leader in the Mexican QSR industry. Great food is just part of our success. Treating the Guest right is just as important as serving the very best food possible. Within the TacoTime system, we believe in "going the extra mile with a smile" in everything we do. But not just anyone can work at TacoTime. Applicants must posses personal characteristics that are in tune with our standards of appearance and conduct and have a strong desire to work with customers in a team-like environment. As a new or young employee entering the job market, TacoTime is an excellent place to gain valuable job experience and start building your resume. The work may be hard, but the rewards are many.
If you are interested in joining the team at TacoTime, the first step is to submit an Employment Application to your local TacoTime restaurant (use our online Restaurant Locator to obtain a list and the addresses of TacoTime restaurants in your area). All applications for employment must be made in person and include a completed Employment Application Form, which is available at your local TacoTime restaurant. It may also be helpful, though not necessary, if you can provide supplemental information about your past work experience (either paid, non-paid or volunteer), such as letters of reference or work related contacts. Most TacoTime restaurants are independently owned and are solely responsible for their individual employment practices.
If you are interested in pursuing a career with the TacoTime system in a managerial capacity, you must provide a detailed personal resume (letters of reference, etc.) along with an employment application. For district management positions, documentation should be sent (and/or emailed) directly to the appropriate business office. The individual restaurant staff, management or ownership, other than those specifically identified with corporately owned and operated TacoTime restaurants, must handle all employment applications.
