Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, and for any reason. In particular, Taco Time International, Inc. may terminate this Agreement immediately if for any reason a representative of the company believes that the user is acting unlawfully or utilizing the site in a fashion that it deems inappropriate for the purposes that it was intended to be used, or if the user violates any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement. The user may terminate this agreement by removing and destroying all content and materials that were obtained from this site. In any case, upon termination, the user is required to destroy all content and materials that were obtained from this site.
Miscellaneous
These Site Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Oregon, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
