Except as stated below, the information collected via this site is considered confidential and is not disclosed or shared outside of TTI's corporate and franchise operations nor is it used for any purpose other than that implied by the manner of its collection. Sharing of Personal Information
As part of its normal business practice, TTI uses this web site as a tool to help facilitate communication with the general public, our dining customers and interested franchise candidates. In doing so, it is often necessary to collect personal information as part of the process. For example, we may collect information such as a person's name, residence and telephone number. Other information related to business operations may include professional as well as personal statistics, including demographic and household data, and in certain instances, financial data. This information may be shared within the TTI family, which includes the corporate franchisor, its franchise owners and organizations, and selected outside organizations. TTI may use the collected information for marketing and promotion; research development or TacoTime customer mailing lists, such as Birthday Clubs and similar customer appreciation programs. Though TTI will not sell or otherwise knowingly provide to unrelated third party organizations information collected from this site and it makes every effort to maintain the confidentiality of this information, TTI makes no claim or implied agreement with the submitting party(s) of confidentiality of any information collected from this site. In such circumstances where it is legally bound by law, regulation, subpoena or other compelling instrument of law, or to cooperate with law enforcement, TTI reserves the right to disclose any information that is demanded or deemed important.
Information held in file
Excluding franchise request submissions and any subsequent information collected for the purposes of evaluating perspective franchise candidates, TTI does not typically maintain a comprehensive file of consumer information collected from this site. Much of the personal information submitted to TTI online is used primarily in responding to the customer and in most cases only non-personal and statistical data is retained for internal purposes. When personal information is retained and when requested to do so by the submitting party, TTI may use reasonable efforts to modify or otherwise make changes to the personal information on record for the purposes of accuracy. Any requests to modify personal information must be made with same email address and username of record for validation. TTI will make every effort to notify the requesting party via email of any changes if requested to do so by the requesting party. Though TTI may use reasonable efforts to comply with all requests for modification of information, it does so voluntarily and makes no claim or implied agreement with the submitting party(s) that would obligate it to comply with or act upon a modification request, such information subject only to the general expectation of confidentiality as a policy of how TTI conducts business on the Internet.

TTI includes hyperlinks to other related web sites of interest to our customers. However, TTI cannot take responsibility for, nor make any claim as to confidentiality of, the content or quality for these sites. TTI recommends that the user review the privacy policy of any site before submitting personal information online.
TacoTime Franchise Owner Web Sites
Many TacoTime franchise owners have their own local web sites. Franchise owners operate these sites independently of TTI, and do so for the most part without oversight by TTI. Though the vast majority of these sites are deemed to be of high quality and well operated, TTI cannot take responsibility for their content or privacy polices. If you discover a web site using the TacoTime trademark, or other trademarks, service marks, trade names, commercial symbols or designs either owned by, or related to TTI, that you feel contains inappropriate or misleading content, please contact us and let us know your concerns so we at TTI can review the situation.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
TTI reserves the right to change its privacy policy without notice or consideration to past practices. The TTI privacy policy is part of a business philosophy and is not to be construed as a binding contact or agreement between TTI and the online user.
